Light Serverproblems caused SavageLoot to be lost.

Hello dear support!

Yesterday, on the 18.01.2022, around 07:55 p.m. ST, my static and i recleared Asphodelos The fourth Circle (Savage). We rolled on the loot and it was definitely already in our inventory (as you can see on the screenshots, thankfully Yuki Whitelight from our Static was recording). Then the servercrash happened. After a short relog we noticed that the Asphodelos Weapon Coffer, Asphodelos Chest Gear Coffer and the random weapon which was the one for the bard class disappeared. So how is this possible, if we disconnected earlier we shouldnt have been able to see how the loot got in our inventory at first place.

So could we please get our earned loot back hence it wasnt our fault?

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. However, we advise contacting a Game Master in game using the /supportdesk command as they should be able to assist further. This thread will be moved over to 'Separate Support Required'.
