[Request] Add a discard prompt option for all item types

When you right click on a crafting item in your inventory, Split and discard are right next to each other. Very easy to click the wrong thing. There doesn't seem to be a way to make it prompt to ask if you're sure like it does with other item types, so it's very easy to accidently discard an entire stack when you mean to split it.

We also only get one item recovery per account apparently (a log/history for the person investigating seems like it would solve any possible abuse issues so I'm deeply disappointed in this policy).

It would be nice if split and discard were separated, but even nicer if we had a way to make it prompt before we discard any type/quality of item.
