    It's their level 20 trait.

    That said, it's only 3 mp per tick, and with my 3000+ mp pool, it's more like what a 0.5~1.0 mp per tick would have been in FFXI (PLD in XI got a 1 mp/tick refresh). It wouldn't be over powered at all to give this trait to PLD (or GLA since jobs don't get traits). 3 mp every 5 seconds would only allow PLD to cast Holy Succor (280 mp cost) one additional time every 7 mins and 45 secs, so to anyone saying that that would be overpowered, I lol.
