update to nvidia driver 511.23

uninstall asus sonic studio (and the third party nahimic component)

Open discords game/overlay settings and disable it on FFXIV.
Disable the overlay from steam as well if this is a steam copy of the game.

if icue installs a overlay kill it off too.

RGB Fusion is unstable cancer as well.

Also your MSIAB and RTSS is several updates out of date (and incompatible with windows 10/11 in its current state)

Screenshots of the associated modules list in Resource Monitor when filtering by the ffxiv_x64 process would be a big help because these suggestions likely won't help when the system has so many utilities present that force their way into every application.
