    200 + 250x5 = 1450 in 20 minutes
    But be sure to turn things in after each solo run or you'll lose out on doubles very quickly ~_~

    yeah the average per run is around 2000 seals.
    there were random green items dropped to an another character while collecting run chests
    and in the boss room, some chests give us 2 items per chest!

    actually speed run chest items are worth 300 only a 50 seal difference but thought I would point it out
