My sentiments exactly. Fandaniel was way more interesting and made Aitiascope all the better. While I'm satisfied with how base 6.0 ended, I think it was a bad move to end on the duel with Zenos. I actively pretend that duel never happened because Zenos shouldn't have lasted past the Shinryu fight.

The duel was the dumbest thing ever.
It's actually more entertaining and hysterical if you watch a Lalafell do it, where Zenos has to punch downwards
to send the little potato flying LOL.

I think this little bit shoulda been the ending of SB. This was really not the place, nor time
to be having "one more go". He overstayed his welcome and I think they didn't know what to do with him.
I was hoping the final punch would be more climatic, too. We powered our fists and I was thinking "EXPLOSIONS!" but
all he did was flip over and laid there LMAO. Meh, please stay dead lol.

We hardly had any proper camera view on the avatar, let alone anything interesting about his avatar, yet. As for the reaper quest, well just do it and you'll see.

Having done both, nothing in the reaper story implies in any way that Zenos could be alive. If anything, it implies that the avatar ate his soul, which would mean he's deader than dead now.
