Hmmmm from what i read here... let me summarize it..

You want class to have more define roles?

And that would destroy SE intention to make "job as define roles" and "classes as more general roles" if they want more variety of role, then they can add as many jobs as they want.
classes uniqueness will remain as "can use other classes ability"
