6.08 can be very simple
-Blood Weapon duration extended to 13 seconds
-Oblation Charge time reduced to 40 seconds


Blood weapon gets a nice edgy number for flavor, but also allows for a really consistent 5 hits even with spells mixed in. Every blood weapon gives a BlackBlood ability so the core rotation is consistent. For those who are on it and invest into SkS you can cram a 6th in there for a modest but important DPS increase over where we are now.

I am totally fine with DRK not having a lot of sustain and being relatively high risk high reward as DPS king. Its only that GNB currently does way too similar damage to have such a dissimilar defensive kit. Giving DRK some elbow room at the top while still keeping it comfortably in tank numbers sounds good too me.

As for sustain, Oblation would be "up" to do a 20 second stretch every dungeon pull which would go a long ways to stress healers less and would overall be usable at a slightly higher tempo in boss fights which will help it feel more "present" and part of our regular toolkit and also makes it more comfortable to toss out to party members instead of hoarding it for our poor defenseless selves.
