Hey Puss_Kat, thank you for your suggestion, I did need the driver but that did not fix my problem.

are you using the realtek sound or hdmi sound?

Screenshots of the associated modules list in Resource Monitor when filtering by the ffxiv_x64 process would be a big help because these suggestions likely won't help when the system has so many utilities present that force their way into every application.
