Ilvl requirements for duties

Please add ilvl requirements to all duties. Today had a tank mostly in lvl 1 gear in a lvl 35 dungeon. There is no way this should be allowed and makes it very hard on the healer. To enter a duty should have to meet also defense level to. I keep getting tanks in cloth gear to raise there ilvl to enter duties.

On one hand, it's super annoying to have to stop and get better gear to progress through the story. Particularly when it breaks the flow, when it's silly to tell an imminent threat to just wait around for you to be ready to fight it.

But on the other, yeah. I once had a tank dressed mostly in literal ilvl 1 glamour gear in Haukke Manor. This was back when Titan-Egi could actually be used as a tank, which is what ended up happening, since the actual tank was useless.
