Rank 1 of the baseline heals

Please just create a trait that will replace these with rank 2 heals when appropriate level. Going back to low level and replacing r1 and r2 is just annoying, especially when you’re in kind of a middle level where you constantly have to switch between them.

Honestly, no one uses r1 after r2 is available, no one uses r1 to fish for the proc as a GCD in this game is worth much more than Mana. Apart from that it also functions as a noob trap when sprout healers try to keep up a wall pulling tank with a cure1 because they want to “conserve” Mana.

I have seen this quite a lot especially when they come from (Classic) WoW, where it’s the direct opposite in weighting.
