Looking for Augmented Tacklekeep's Vest

So I am trying to find the Augmented Tacklekeep's Vest for a glamor for my Fishing class. Is it still avaiable to buy somewhere? I know you cannot get it from Grinmox. I have tried other places with script and nothing. I made sure I was level 60 and I have enough.

Should be available at any of the Scrip Exchange under Gatherer's Gear (Scrip) - White Scrip Exchange (lv 60/ilv200) for 150 White Scrip.

The only way I can think of that it might not appear is if you never did the "Go West, Craftsman" quest. It unlocks the second tier (Idyllshire/level 60) of the Splendors Scrip Exchange.

Okay yes, that was the problem. Thank you so much. No where told me to do the quest for that to unlock it.

You're welcome. That particular one seems to be a problem because the quest is acquired in Mor Dhona instead of in Idyllshire by the Scrip Exchange.

Subsequent expansions are much better because the quest is acquired near the primary Scrip Exchange NPC for the related expansion (Galiena in Rhalgr's Reach to unlock 70 scrip items, Mowen in Eulmore to unlock 80 scrip items and Ofpilona in Radz-at-Han to unlock 90 scrip items).
