    Bozja is a "Survival of the fittest"

    Bozja is really frustrating. Im not complaining about it because I cant get exp as I am missing fates, I am doing it because this is actually wrong of how I need to play in order to gain exp out of this. Any teamwork is practically gone. Castrum is filled with people that dont even know what Essences are (me was one of them) and often you find yourself with 1 healer, 1 tank and 6 dps. Doing the first boss is often impossible. Generally you have to be egoistic and people do.

    Here is why:

    You need to start with 25 clusters, which is okay i guess as an investment to this place. Or you need a taxi. Speed is everything here. If you dont have the bonus mount speed, you will miss out on a lot of fates.

    "Dipping" into fates is needed as NPCs kill fates fairly quick for people to get scared and they want to contribute to every fate. Additionally, enemies within fates die so quick, that you cant contribute to it with certain classes.

    Enemies follow you to the end of the world and keep you from using teleportations. You miss out on fates/Exp when getting sighted. Nobody will help you kill the enemiy because they would miss out on exp too.

    Dying can cause you to miss out on fates sometimes, not really, but people probably have PTSD from eureka where you do not wanna miss out on exp. Also low-level players may not want to give up on additional exp so they hope for a revive.
    Reviving people costs time, thus only a few do this. Whoever does it may miss out on exp due to time.

    Suggestions

    Suggestions:
    (This may also go outside Bozja)

    Make Enemies scale more with health.

    Fate-Contribution should scale with participants.

    Fates with item-turn ins / where you have to collect items for an NPC last longer. Maybe 2:30mins / 150seconds.

    Make Fates in Bozja less frequent but grant more exp. Maybe it'll help people go for the Siege of Castrum more. Make the Siege of Castrum reward EXP per objective done / Boss killed. Help others do

    Increase the chance to get Phoenix down slightly.

    Reduce the cost for the increased mounting speed from 25 to 10.
    (It is after all, insanely needed for the grinding, but it should still come as an "investment" to this place.)

    Something to entice people to work a bit more together:

    When dying during a fate, gain a status, that will give their reviver the following:

    Grant a stacking buff when reviving players that died during a Fate that would give a little bonus exp. 1.5% per revive up to a maximum of 15% (10 revives). This buff will be consumed upon the next fate.

    Give a stacking damage buff when reviving players that died during a Fate. This would increase damage done by 0.5% up to a maximum of 10% (20 revives). This buff lasts for as long as you are in Bozja/area and is disabled in Duels, Castrum or duties.

    If you have "Brink of Death"-Status, no longer grant this buff.

    These buffs only apply when you revive someone that died during a fate.
    Players below Meddle/Bozja Level 5 (so level 1-4) will always grant this effect.

    Closing words:
    I havent played Bozja during Shadowbringers as I stopped with Eureka after 2 or 3 Months (Level 19 there I think?) but I do want to say that Eureka and Bozja wont ever be played how they used to be. For Eureka I did try to introduce my partner to this place, but it just did not want us to play together. My high level is just making us unable to play together.
    For Bozja, I am sure this looked way different back in the days.

    What I am trying to convey is, these Areas need to be adjusted for todays standard. Eureka already had these issues for my FC / Guild which joined about a week later, where I already was too high level for them, so I could not play together with them.

    Some areas in this game are very anti-latecommer and anti-helper.
    Please, I could need these changes in order to enjoy the game with friends. It is just neigh impossible to introduce them to specific parts of the game.

    I saw people yell about Castrum, but people don't use what the duty have to offer. I'm leveling MCH recently and sometimes I go CLL solo (I usually I don't party up there unless I want to go Lyon). Is a funny instance because I can heal myself as a DPS while attack, I can tank as a DPS if needed, but people don't use the advantages of Save the Queen area in their favor. Like you said, I see a ton of people going there without using any essence or lost skill and the instructions of Bozja is explicit that these exists.
    a big EXP into castrum would be welcome, but I don't feel it need changes.
    So, people, use essences, lost actions and Bozjan potions if necessary. If you don't, you are mitigating your chances of winning.

    I would suggest to unlock Zadnor. Much better, calmer and same xp gain. Especially Z3.
