RMT players near Limsa?

There has been a large group of people with similar names standing in the same spot near Cedar Wood on Ragnarok. Sometimes I see a different group, once again with totally similar names standing there too. It looks like one in their group is doing leves while the rest are idle... But they have been doing it every day there and most of them were level 50 when I looked. I am concerned if this is RMT, so I wanted to ask for attention to it if possible.
I tried sending a message to a GM but have gotten no response. The character doing the actual leve and not standing around is Sel Hoho.

It says he's been in game since 2010, yet he has only gotten THM to 50 and GLD to 20.

Could a mod or someone look into this? Here are the names of the other characters (I'm guessing his alts) standing around that area.

They are all members of LS Rtens.

Already made an report about it 2 months ago.. they not gonna do anything about it (ofcourse)
Then it was something doing the leves with another name.
Same spot too , not sure if they were same botnames .

Nothing wrong with naming your 8 char odd names and PL'ing to 50 whilst naked, not against ToS.

you don't think it's suspicious that they happen to be at the same spot every day and most aren't really that high level on any except one job even though they've been playing since 2010?

I'm not saying that PLing is bad, I'm saying that this seems to be a pretty obvious RMTer so if possible it should probably be looked into.

These groups have been around for a long time. I report them about once a month, but I highly doubt SE gives a sh*.

Google "cedarwood rmt ffxiv". It's almost insulting how complacent SE is about this.

This has been said loads of times, untill the characters commit an RMT activity they can't be banned for it.

And no one knows 100% whos an RMT unless you actually buy gil from them.
