Are the rules of this forum going to change?

I notice the forum rules still say General Discussion is to be used to post various topics about FFXIV. But with the new addittion of specific topic forums, as well as 'Other', Can we not just now talk about ... anything in the General Discussion forum? As long as we are nice to each other about it of course ^^

yeah, a lot of the game topics have been discussed to death, especially with the game out of commission, not a whole lot new to say right now. (not that I think feedback should stop entirely)

Now, I am more just enjoying the good community of people that seems drawn together to final fantasy, and random socializing/getting to know fellow players better.

Some off topic/random areas on the forums would be a nice place to hang out

as long as ppl are decent and not like the crap ppl are like in general discussion. Which makes me facepalm that ppl like that on ffmmo. Its hard to do feedback if ppl keep treating this tlike their fansite.

exactly. Tho, with those new forums added, General Discussion could be used for socializing about the random now.
