    with D3D11 and earlier, BSODS only occur in the presence of a hardware fault or driver issue.

    The game cannot provoke a bsod in the absence of either of these. (this could change with a vulkan or d3d12 renderer)

    the Ryzen platform has both memory compatibility concerns as well as issues with the integrity of the chiplet that contains the PCIE controller, if you have not done so, try the card without any riser cables, or with PCIE forced to gen 3, and without DOCP/XMP memory profiles.
