DirectX 11 Fatal Error 11000002 Why

Posting this because I seriously need help with this, it is game breaking with the server queues. Started happening after Endwalker.

Date & Time: 8:49 AM 1/11/2022
Frequency: 1-3 times a day
World name: Midgardsormr
Character name: Kite Kabukicho
In-game time: Anytime
Area and coordinates: Anywhere

Steps:
1. Play the game sometimes 1 hour, sometimes 4 hours, sometimes 8 hours. It happens more often in 8 man raids or fights seemingly but that could just be coincidental.
2. It crashes and freezes
3. It either shows Fatal Error 11000002 and maybe I can play again or it freezes and crashes my entire PC. More often than not just crashes my entire PC into a slow mess and rebooting becomes incredibly slow, THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH OTHER GAMES.

- Type of internet connection/provider: 600 mbps up/down At&t with google as my DNS

I have tried everything from a clean reinstall of FFXIV, disabling windowed/audio enhancements/ rolling back and re installing drivers / lowering gameplay resolution so my GPU does not work as much / turning up fans on GPU / ALL my PC temps are safe and clean / This DOES NOT happen in any other game or application

This also IMMEDIATELY places me back into queue even if I am able to instantly log back in within 30 seconds, so really fun when my 9 hours of raiding a week turns into 8 or 7 and I have to be replaced because of this game breaking bug. PLEASE address this and work on a fix, I have seen posts for years on it and it is totally unacceptable to not even address or understand it. (Small note also fix LoD off bug with shadows resolution.)

Happened again just now about 10 minutes after getting into the game, just standing at the Sharlayan aetheryte. Temps and framerate were solid, just seems to be absolutely random. 11000002. Luckily it wasn't prime time and I could log right back in.

edit 1: Happened again in P3 Savage, just standing there discussing strategies. 11000002. Immediately put back in queue zzzz.
