Bad recommended gear for samurai and dragoon

Steps:
1. I'm in SAM or DRG, wearing the full set of Ironworks Maiming gear (weapon, head, body, hands, legs, feet) and Slaying gear (ears, neck, wrists, both rings).
2. From the Character window, click on the Recommended Gear button.
3. The results say I should switch to the Ironworks Fending gear for neck, wrists, and one ring -- even though the item level is the same, the Fending gear is intended for tanks and has worse stats for SAM and DRG than the gear I'm currently wearing.

I've experienced this as well with item level 580 sets. The game seems to prioritize by ilvl correctly, but when you have two items with the same ilvl, it picks alphabetically. Since F is before M in the alphabet, and the job can wear the fending gear, it is picking that.
