It's fine, they don't read feedback from NA or EU players.

This place makes reddit look like a saint at times, it's kind of depressing that the forums that YoshiP's staff reads regularly has to endure keyboard warriors whom wouldn't say the same things to his staff's face.

When they have been actively ignoring DRK problems for years despite all the feedback they deserve some backslash, of course abuse is not acceptable but customers have a limit to they patience and in some cases they are just forcing the limits to much so I find normal that ppl start being less nice and gentle with them, I love this game and I want it to be better and sometimes they need to be call them out in proportion of what they are doing wrong or not doing anything at all.
Edit: of course behavior like death threads is not what I mean, that's unacceptable
Criticism isn't abuse.
Abuse is abuse.
As soon as you start saying people should be fired, are braindead, or have no idea what they're doing, you're abusing the people behind the job and not criticizing the work they have done.
Complain about what you don't like. State what you would like done. Leave the people who do the work out of it.
Very often I hear that rallying cry of "but people need to be called out". Almost exclusively it's by people trying to excuse their loss of temper without admitting it didn't have to go there.
Absolutely nobody is saying we need to excuse bad choices or changes, just that pointing out why they're bad or simply that we don't like them is enough.
WHERE IS THIS KETTLE EVERYONE KEEPS INTRODUCING ME TO?

The first 2 I can agree that could be interpreted as abuse. But if you think telling someone they don't know what they're doing is "abuse" then you may be a bit too much of a carebear. That is a criticism or impression that should be valid to make. Also keep in mind it's not something spouted out at the 1st instance of things not working as you'd expect, but is a reflection of a long time of neglect or multiple failed attempts at something. The game has been running long enough that such a criticism can be made in certain areas.
