Please remove the target facing requirement for cone/line AoE

That's exactly what the OP is asking for it not to do? Lots of skills already do this.

Those skills need you to currently target an enemy and have it in your line of sight. The change would make it so that you could always use your cone aoe without a target but it would also mean that, depending on where your character is facing, you just miss the enemies entirely.

Pretty sure that's what most people are doing but the OP's complaint was about having to target an enemy in the first place.
