If you don’t know what it is, it’s an addon you can set up to visualize certain conditions, like something having come off cooldown, buff durations and so forth with different, customizable pictures.

Add the very least, please consider adding a ‘click-through’ mechanic for hotbars, I tried to somewhat emulate WeakAuras with a 140% size 40% opacity hotbar in the middle of my screen to at least track CDs without moving my eyes, but it’s preventing you from controlling the camera if you right click on it in the heat of battle, so it’s a poor workaround.
