Queue time dread throttler

Here is something that can throttle queue time dread... since queue times are a way of life at the moment, can we put something in place in the software that would allow people who unexpectedly and randomly (yet quickly) disconnect and reconnect be able to log back into the game without being thrown to the back of the queue?

I always feel bad for the people - who in a dungeon - disconnect for whatever reason. Some people do have real crappy internet, and glasses of water do get knocked over computers. A 5 minute login token for the specific character would have been super nice, as that's the time I normally allow people in a dungeon before kicking and getting a replacement.

But I get the feeling the decade+ old lobby server code is now þe olde arcane science. Things held together with chewing gum, duct tape, and coathangers & documented with post-it notes taped to a whiteboard that has been untouched for 10 years... (Don't laugh, my previous job at a major international airline had one of these)

One mistake, and nobody can log in at all.

To do it at all would need a lot of QA, and that QA would have to be perfectly and expertly done. Not a single bug.

But yes, 5 minutes time to reconnect without queue would be really good. Other games have it already in place.
