I hope that at least the development teams sees how everyone's reacting to this and they'll add their ears, even if they clip through the hair.

We also don't know (or I didn't fully grasp it) if we still need to use a Phial of Fantasia to change between hairs or not. I know that you need to do that now because "faces are tied to hairs" but... are now still tied? Or will they be separated from now on?

Another legacy hairstyle for Viera so it should automatically unlock, can't see if it has a massive forehead again because of the circlet though.

That style has a fairly large forehead on other races too.

Assuming all things are unlocked equally, this one getting unlocked for female Viera should mean that males get the corresponding one, which is Artoirel and Briardien's hairstyle.

I feel like the lack of ears looks so bad that they wouldn't be doing it if they didn't have to for some reason.

Are the ears constructed as part of the hairstyles? Would having them visible mean their ears change shape when you change their hair?

It's my best guess at why they might be forced to do it that way rather than looking right.

The phrase "be careful what you wish for" does come to mind. It kind of shows that they weren't ever built to properly fit human hairstyles.

I would have been happy if they just unlocked all current hairstyles, but on every face. You can already do this with mods.

I really hope they add back the ears, if not its unusable for me hehe

Yeah but the ponytail also has a fairly large forehead on other races but on Viera it looks like it's trying to crawl off the head, hopefully this "new" one is a little better at least.

I really came on to the official forums to say something about the hrothgar hair reveal. Honestly the removal of the ears just to smack these less than stellar hairs onto them feels so poorly done that it's borderline insulting. I played hrothgar for almost a year and got tired of the limitations and even I feel like this is a slap in the face.
