Bowlegged Hrothgar idle stance. Why can't they just stand up straight with their legs together occasionally.

I love my viera, but I want to be able to wear my cool RDM hats!!!!
especially since RDM was a Viera exclusive class in FFTA, Plenty of mods have shown that its not hard to just let the ears clip through headgear. If its an aesthetics/clipping issue, then why allow Miqo'te tails and ears to clip through literally everything!?
I might be ok with the promised unique hairstyles, but they never came.

Waiting for when female Hrothgar comes out along with the updates to hairstyles and headgear for other races to start complaining.

Yeah I've never understood the design decision to do this to these races in the first place, especially in a game like this that's so heavy on cosmetics and glamour and that keeps adding more hairstyles as well.
I've played other games that have limits based on the race you're playing, but it was never a problem because there was either something to make up for it or mods were allowed for players to fix it to a degree. Or cosmetics were just much less of a focus to begin with. I mean even in WoW, hats look utterly ridiculous on Worgen but they can still wear them.
I think I'm still stuck on that one quote of them finding hats to be "unnecessary." Like idk maybe it's an odd translation or something but it's just such a bizarre stance to me.
It's obviously not bad enough to drive me from the game, or even Viera because I'll be real they are just flat out the best looking race in the game imo, but it's still very disappointing.

I will always support fixing Viera. Hats and hair. Its an absolute shame they arbitrarily decide some clipping is fine but others not. That the reaper AF hood works fine but none of the other 90 AF helmets and hats work. Roecats have it worse, but their entire race was something they themselves added unprovoked, and they did an even worse job of them baffling enough.

I would like of hair and ears were separated in char creation for Viera

Personally wish that achievement items were among the first items to be wearable by them. I'd switch in a heartbeat if I could Hrothgar my Chocobo Mask.
Please show support for chocobo boots to be added -> http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/323512-Suggestion-for-an-item-to-be-added-to-gold-saucer-Chocobo-Boots
Unhappy with how they implemented Mahjong? -> http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/381358-Mahjong-is-the-most-depressing-mini-game-you-ve-added-to-XIV
Thank you so much for an updated thread. I do not care about hats (the fact we get any is just a cherry, to me), I do not care about modern aesthetics.
To add to the list of complaints: Only one pair of bunny ears has any sort of physics. On the whole, these super special ears that are so special they cannot accommodate any hair or hats barely move. They do not twitch or bend with emotes, and the only one (that I can observe without being in near first-person and looking really hard) that twitches and flops with ability animations/wind is the stiffest looking set - for females only. If the males also got a pair that move then it wasn't observed in my, albeit short, testing.
What's even worse is they keep adding holiday reward hats that neither can wear, effectively cutting them out of holiday content. Also like mentioned above many achievement crowns/hats aren't wearable by them cutting out that content. At the VERY LEAST, all new hats should be made wearable by them, all achievement/holiday/mogstation hats and ALL ARTIFACT HATS!!
