It's just that... if you're not going to bother animating my actual rabbit ears, why add this emote to the game? If they wanted the loporrit tribe to give an emote they could have come up with something else if it is too much work. It looks ridiculous, lazy and cheap.
i absolutely did not expect the new hair to work for us and it's also totally different from the others and not just "we used an older, longer hairstyle because it's the easiest to port over".
nice.
There is already a mod out that wiggles the ears and removes the loporrit ears....that was quick. and totally expected.

It's somehow frustrating that modders often do the devs job. Especially because modding isn't allowed. (I guess because modding is illegal in Japan in general, and SE is a Japanese company)
So the devs don't deliver what is needed, and on the other side its forbidden to use existing solutions.
I understand that it would be also unfair for console players, but it's not a secret that you have to play on pc if you are interested in using mods in general (in every game).
I wish that SE would give more ressources to FFXIV so that the devs themselves can deliver what is needed.
It's always better to have stuff inside the game. Mods are no good solution, and as I've said, also forbidden.
♥♥♥
The emote is absolutely ridiculous, I can’t think of the people who decided yup its good enough to launch it
At this point, it feels like Viera ears are a costume and not an actual part of their bodies. Those silly Loporrit ears during the emote have more life in them.

Hrothgar and Viera ears are just glorified horns, I WISH they'd move at least with emotes like Miqo'te ears do.
