At least not being able to wear hats saves me a bunch of wardrobe space.

I'd be a mad Viera and Hrothgar at SE too knowing devs were too lazy to make all the hats work on them. Especially since modders have done all the work already and got a mod out for Viera and Hrothgar to wear all those hats. Just one of those things Yoshi-P admitted they are going to have to bake into the core game to make it better (like he said in regards to the worlds first stuff when it came to the mods)

The gear had designs for ears and tails because 99% of it were based on 1.0 models made under Tanaka, not Yoshida.
The moment they actually started adding new models was the moment no damn for racial detail was given any longer.

Contrary to what Yoshi-P zealots say, not everything got better after 1.23b. The models in 1.0 had more care to being lore compliant and the fact belts had separate visuals speaks for itself.

It's true, I hadn't stopped to think about it. I didn't know about the belts either.

at this point, they should be ashamed to say that mods are banned.

I'm fine with the lack of hats; the monocle does it for me regardless of outfit.

And the ability to change hairstyles with the aesthetician as a Hrothgar is greatly appreciated.

But I'm still waiting for the promised Hrothgar-unique hairstyles. Unless the OG four are all we're getting. Not a fan of the "Emmanellain fop," only option that's been added I can see.

It'll be very disappointing if we don't get more hairstyles then. There are way too many not yet available. I'm hoping for 6 more.

One can hope that for Hrothgar at least they will have something available with ears this go around. Given how long it takes for them to do things traditionally though I wouldn't hold my breath. Putting out more of the same as the last go around will just create a lot more unhappiness and I would say that if that's the case nothing might be a better alternative until they're ready to do it right.

Especially considering the quality of them. There are still a few desirable shared hairstyles left, for sure, I'm interested to see what new hairs they come up with and if they will be viera compatible.
