Of course! The ones who know how to model anything were put on other projects. What we have now are people who watched Blender Guru like twice and are in charge of making stuff.

I fantasia'd to Miqote a week or two ago and I already miss being Viera a lot. I logged in into my Viera alt because of this and ended up getting pissed enough to create a forum account. The hat situation is so infuriatingly lazy, because I'm convinced that the reason Viera can't wear hats is because they couldn't be bothered to make the "hat compatible" versions of their hairs like other races have. Why else would random players be able to fix the issue via mods(which for me is far from enough, because if others can't see what's the point?) and crap like this would be available for use anyway?



It looks terrible and silly, like many other hats would, but the player should be allowed to choose if they want to wear it or not, and clipping should NOT be used as an excuse anymore, both for Viera and Hrothgar.
