I can't hear anything in FFXIV yo

All my sound works for my PC. I log in game and hear nothing. Is anyone else having this issue?
In config everything is maxxed but game music. btw

Day 2 of not hearing anything when I start up the game but a faint click when I log in. I closed everything before starting the game and nothing. Everything is now turned up to max: my head phones, the game audio, my pc audio and nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

nvm it was apparently a windows 7 thing that an ls mate helped me with

for windows 7 people... if you can't hear ffxiv or stuff on your pc and you know everything is working fine: go to the bottom right of your task bar, click your sound, move your sound back up for ffxiv. I have found it randomly fluctuates to mute and active or in between. I'm not a techie person or know why this happens. I hope that brief explanation / help helped.
