So many tops that look cool, except they have a bunch of bags or belts or other garbage hanging off of them.

Once upon a time I had said in a thread: the solution to the belt problem is to place the hip decor on the set belt slot. This would not only allow people to wear the tops as they are - or not, but to mix and match them as they please.
Then they removed belts.

This actually was the case at one point; belts used to be a visible slot back in 1.x, not just a stats-based slot. I don't recall if they ever gave us a reason they changed that with ARR, but it's one of the handful of 1.x features I really did miss. I'm guessing it's because things would clip to an unbelievable degree if you, for instance, let someone put the Sky Pirate set belt bags on with the Exarchic Fending jacket or something.
I aim to make my posts engaging and entertaining, even when you might not agree with me. And failing that, I'll just be very, VERY wordy.Originally Posted by Packetdancer

I'd like this, too. Keep seeing this one lvl 1 glamour piece I've been wanting to use since Heavnsward, but the stupid massive fun bags weirdly hanging from its sides instantly turn me off from them.
