Nobody talks about it anymore in the forum, but still in the evening hours it is not possible to play for the queue that reaches 1500-2200, at least in the phoenix server.
Will any action be taken by Square Enix? does anyone know anything about it?
There are no incredible queues as before but i often have to wait 1-2 hours which are not too short for all those people who can only play in the evening and who have to sleep at night at normal times.

They’re working on sourcing more hardware, but the plague is making that impossible to do in a timely fashion.

There's consequences to people refusing to mask / get vaccinated even if you don't get sick. Go figure.

The problem will be fixing itself before SE has done anything. The hype dies down already and more or less people will give up because of this situation OR they have seen what they wanted to see. Hopefully they will get their hardware before next big content patch hits, cause the player numbers will rise again.

Evenings are when people usually get off work. So evenings tend to be when prime-time lands.

Hopefully yes I agree, especially as the next one is the housing one. I think it will be a DOOZY to the point we return to 2002's from full worlds!

Fortunately, I was able to finish the EW story while on Christmas/New Year break. I cancelled my sub, since I can't play during my regular working hour playtime.
