I really only want one if it's actually got something novel this time. I like the basic concept of deep dungeons, but both PotD and HoH just felt so barebone.
That is, sadly, not how workload works. Unless they decided not to produce a Deep Dungeon in Shadowbringers despite having a dedicated DD team that could not work on anything else with sufficient efficiency, there will be some element zero-sum element between the two.
Personally, I'd take a truly good, involved Deep Dungeon over another relic grind backdrop zone, but... I'd probably take an Exploratory Mission done right over a Deep Dungeon. (And, of course, "done right" is a whole can of worms in itself....)
