Steps:
1. Have a crafter start a craft next to you and reach 10 stacks of inner quiet.
2. Have that crafter use Trained Finesse.
3. Sound effect of the skill will play regardless of what your sound settings for "Other PCs" in the system configuration menu is set to. For example I set mine to 0 just to test it and while other sounds are completely mute from the other players, Trained Finesse plays at default volume as if I'm the one using it.
