Strange Shadows in Radz-at-Han

NPCs (and players) standing near the stalls in the Radz-at-Han bazaar tend to have strange shadows as if the lighting in this area is hitting some kind of invisible wall or something.

Note the distinct line of shadow on both the NPC and my player character.

1. Go to Radz-at-Han.
2. Look at the NPCs.
