Ding ding ding!My concern is less to do with threatening door bosses like OG Faust and more to do with the fact that Gordias was simply not tuned well. I’m not talking LL difficulty or outgoing damage but more the HP for Manipulator being so high it was impossible to clear without tome weapons. Not the best design imo. I want actual difficulty. Not artificial difficulty.
If you make Savage anymore difficult it willl become static-only like Ultimates. Maybe the first 2 fights can be made harder but the last 2 fights of the tier have been at a good difficulty that is puggable, albeit painfully. Or well at least P3 is puggable but idk about p4 still stuck on tornadoes. I find the jump from P2S to P3S ridiculous and square enix needs to either make the first 2 fights harder or find some other way to ease in the difficulty more. Maybe this tier is an outlier in that regard, 5.4 was my first savage tier

I have to agree if just because the normal difficulty feels patronizingly redundant at this point.

No thanks. Normal mode was fun this tier. Not too bad, some spicy mechs to keep things interesting. If you want to argue for Savage to be harder, then do that.




First make P3 less irritating to look at, then we can discuss the actual fight.
