One can hope that when female Hroths and potentially fixing hair for males will give them time to start to address some of the headgear. They aren't going to do all of it understandably but new ones or iconic ones from the past should get some attention.

The issue is usualy down to management, catering 85% of the players at a 100% cost, vs catering 100% of the players at a 125% cost usualy makes managers choose for the lower since it on paper already sounds good. They ignore the fact that 15% of the players however are repeatedly being ignored, as that is a stat they do not care about. The only stat on that they would care about is the amount of negativity on social media about the issue, which in this case is still far too low to realy be noticed.
