What's illogical is creating a race in a way that they cannot wear an important type of glamour.

This just in, very few players care! Go to any major city and take a look how many people have "hide helmet" enabled, are using "Emperor's New Hat" or are wearing some inconsequential hairpin or a flower. In the end, the demand for hats and helmets is generally pretty low on top of even narrower subset of specifically viera/hrothgar players who want hats. Heavily investing development time into them just isn't logical. Sorry, not sorry.

That's your point of view, you don't speak on behalf of all the players.. Just because you don't care about hats doesn't mean everyone else feels the same way, majority players DO wear hats. No one is asking SE to go back through every single expansion to fix our heads to all the hats, we're just asking for the main ones, job specific ones because that would at least expand our glamour options significantly. Also, it's quite selfish you would ask more options for yourself instead of voicing your disgust at how Viera and Hroth are treated so I'm not sure what to say to that.

I don't disagree, though at the same time I don't think I've ever seen anyone use any of the Heavensturn helmets in the first place...

Then we got another problem at hand. Why make an event that introduces two helmets ( That's not been asked by the community nor being used by ) in the first place?

It is shameful. As I said in another thread they really need to fix their races before they add more. I would 100% be a Hrothgar right now, but because it's such a clown fiesta I am human.

Viera hats and hairstyles have actually been a huge topic ever since the race was introduced in ShB, arguably as big as the gender lock. Even a good chunk of players who don't play viera care about the unavailability of hats and hairstyles and it's even what's turning some people off from playing the race.

It's very ironic btw that you're saying that you don't care about viera hats while your character is wearing one right now.

Tbh there's no excuse for hats that show no hair, just hide the ears if you really have to
Prime example is the imperial glamour that you're supposed to use to 'blend in' and any other full helmet that hides face/hair
