    Coming In Version 3.0?

    Greetings!

    As many of you may know, nearly anything & everything to do with making this game better usually gets the standard "It'll be fixed/coming in 2.0!" That being said, when 2.0 DOES come out, will we still get the standard copy/paste reply, except this time it'll be "It'll be fixed/coming in 3.0!"? Or will we actually start getting responses of when stuff can get fixed in a timely manner?

    Im sure 3.0 will be the first expansion, but no I expect them to start giving us some idea of when things will be fixed and added.

    Right now its hard for them to say when because there is a massive backlog of things they need to address.

    I doubt a 3.0 will ever exist.
    They'll probably just cancel the game if 2.0 fails to bring in customers.

    We'll get timely manner, I think. The weird thing about the 2.0 plan is its interspersed with post 2.0 information - at least some of it has a time-line, but I'm sure many of those things are on people's expectation list.

    with 2.0 they don't have limit crystal tools limit and very hard tool to work with 2.0 would give that and they can release patch much faster and quicker without much issue unlike ffxiv right now i'm sure everything they said wont be in 2.0 release but would be somewhere around 2.1-2.5 with 3.0 would be a exp pack i'm sure.

    Coming in 2.0 ≠ Coming in 2.0 immediately after release.

    I foresee a lot of QQing when it actually happens, but SE has stated on multiple occasions that some features for 2.0 will be implemented AFTER 2.0 gets released. The problem is, however, that a lot of people seem to assume otherwise.

    Remaking a game from scratch, engine/servers included, in a year and a half is no easy task. Not all features are going to be there at release.
