Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Additionally are Steam and Final Fantasy XIV installed on the same drive?

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

A work around for this is to disable all audio outputs other then the one you use.

So in your case I can assume it is the Arctis Pro Headphones.

Search in windows for sound settings > sound control panel, and disable all audio devices other then 1 of the headphones. You could see if disabling only 1(the chat earphones one) would be enough.

This usually works because the user has a blank entry for FFXIV in the windows mixer settings, if the entry is not blank all devices can stay enabled without concern, minus a few cases where the system is experiencing USB controller hub resets (a problem common to Ryzen 3000 and 5000 cpus)
