    An unexpected error has occured. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV. 2021-12-23_21:20

    Hello,

    Since 2 Weeks i am getting this unexpected error problem.

    It happens just when i enter the game i dont even have the time to press play to log in my character.

    When i uninstall and reinstall the game i can play without this problem but only the first time after reinstalling.
    When i exit the game and i want to log in again the other day or later that day the problem is back... same problem again

    However i can move the Unexpected error window and log in to the game and play but the problem is that when i do this the game has no sound

    I really don't have the time to reinstall the game everytime i want to play the game.

    Do you have a solution for this game error?

    I had the same trouble since yesterday.
    But i wasn't able to play at all, once the game was loaded, it crashed each time i tried.

    I reinstalled the game today i was able to play normally, then i tried a endwalker content and now i have dx11 errors each time i try this kind of content.

    I had none dx11 issues before Endwalker.....i'm bored....

    Could you provide a system report? apply. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    Update your Realtek audio driver, you're on an ancient 2018 release and update to Game Ready driver 511.23
    Update MSI Afterburner to 4.6.4 (and the included RTSS).

    Uninstall Nahimic and whatever software that is using it to modify your audio.

    disable or downgrade citrix workspace.
