It's not that I actually want the ears, it's more like the ears are easier to deal with for me if I like the rest of the aesthetics/animations and can make the character I like the general appearance of. As for the headwear, it was annoying at first but I quickly got over it because I generally prefer shades/glasses/circlets/etc over hats anyway, which freed up a huge chunk of space in my glamour dresser when I switched.

The only thing that bothers me about Viera is the lack of available hairstyles. I have exactly two hairstyles I can use that don't look like I have a shrub strapped to the back of my head. Thankfully the one I'm using now I really like so I'm happy with it

So, here's a question then. Why not ask for animation sets to be unlocked/selectable/etc?

This kind of feature is not unheard of in the MMO space, and it sounds like it would be more satisfying than a tail toggle - then you wouldn't need animal ears either.

I would actually love this. I could easily see myself switching back to Highlander or even possibly Femroe if I could use the same walk/run animations as my Viera.
