Interject and stun needs to become the same skill for tanks.
I'd be okay with this, especially since most things that can be reliably interrupted (more than a half-second cast) can't be stunned anyways (e.g., bosses), but I'd rather give each shorter cooldowns and give dungeons and raids more stuff on which to meaningfully use them (with Low Blow doubling as a Pacify and Interject returning to a Silence rather than just an Interrupt, so that you can better move casters).
