    Arms Length is amazing in pulls. It slows enemy auto attacks.

    As for Interject, rather than removing it, they should be adding it to more content. And they have:

    In WoD, Puppets, and I believe the final raid of the Void Ark series whos name escapes me there are mobs that you can interject to avoid being paralyzed/frozen.
    In Haukke Manor, Dohn Mheg, the already mentioned Ktisis, and a few other dungeons who's names escape me there are mobs you can also interject. In Dohn Mheg's for example it'll make the pull easier. And I don't know what Ktisis' does but I don't want to know. There are plenty of situations where this ability is useful. Same with Low Blow. It isn't like Repose. It's fine.

    I'm tired of being told to wait for post-patches and expansions for fixes and increased healing requirements that are never coming. Healers are not fun in all forms of content like all jobs should be, they're replaced by tanks and dps due to low healing requirements and their dps kit is small for 0 reason, when in the past we had more options and handled things just fine. I refuse to play healer in roulette come DT. I refuse to heal EXs, I refuse to go into Savage, and I am boycotting Ultimate.

    Edit: Just noticed it now does a 20%slow, I don't remember it doing this back when I played but that's pretty neat. See this is actually something that makes the skill more useful. The same kinda thing could be used on interject.

    I didn't mean to be personal, but I can see how I easily seemed like it, especially with that last comment. Apologies, but you were a good sport so I like the attitude. Giving it a form of mitigation would be neat, but too many role based mitigation tools and then tanks would be even more homogenized than they are now.

    Leveling dungeons from Haukke to Ktisis use it, E1S, Puppets Bunker, SoS Extreme, all sorts of content. I think maybe giving it a longer recast but making it work on more attacks so you have to decide when to use it might be appropriate because right now it feels like a QTE reaction, and you're right that there are fights where its a dead button, but to say it has less use than low blow or negligible use at all is a crazy stretch.

    I've said this in the DRK megathread but Interject should get an animation change and old Delirium should replace an animation in DRK's current combo. Just feels silly to use for interrupting an attack and also mildly insulting because it's yet another removed animation from them. To echo others though, please keep it handy in case it is needed!

    There are some situations where you need to interrupt, but it is not often used, maybe interupting spells is a little bit a forgotten mechanic by the devs, but interrupting some spells in dungeons that could be annoying otherwise is helpful.

    In Endwalker only Hermes' Couraga come to my mind.
    In Shadowbringers i remember Warrior of Light extreme you had to interrupt the Warrior ads or they got a severe damage buff.
