    Thoughts on interject.

    Since there's enough DRK threads already, I won't complain about that for now... As much as I wish DRK was more than it is.

    Let's talk about interject instead. I don't even have it on my hotbar. Any chance we can have back something at least remotely useful like convalescence in its place? I understand interject is still used on some things but I'm not keeping it on my hotbar for its .01% of content. Either get rid of role skills that aren't used enough and give us actual job skills in their place or give us role skills that get used. Hell even low blow has enough use to keep on a hot bar in comparison to interject.

    Anyone else have thoughts on interject? Maybe combine interject with convalescence so it has a reason to still use it outside of its current .01% of content?

    Interject is incredibly useful... There's even bosses where it's actually required to prevent a mechanic from happening, there's even one in Ktisis, which is a leveling dungeon.

    Why...would you not have a Silence, which allows you to cancel rather annoying moves, on your hotbar? What's next, you're going to tell me you don't have Low Blow or Shield Bash on your hotbar either?

    Removing a utility skill from a required role would probably not be a good idea. Tanks are required, ranged physical dps are not.

    Furthermore if you don't have a role skill on your hotbar then you probably need to manage your hotbars better.

    Honestly, I'm kinda surprised people are defending this skill so much. This skill feels like nothing but hotbar bloat with the amount of use it has. If people are happy with it then I guess carry on *shrug*.

    Because there are a number of moves you cannot stun that you can interrupt with Interject, across multiple expansions worth of dungeons, alliance raids, normal raids, and savage raids. In the case of some, it can result in an instant death, while for others, it prevents things from getting harder on the tanks and healers. And in some, it just prevents raidwide nuisances like the raidwide paralyze and damage in Puppet's Bunker from the large group of adds before the second boss, or the freeze from those chimera at the beginning of World of Darkness.

    To be fair, I don't use arms length in pulls. I use it for knock backs which is prevalent through out the game and is much more used.
    Edit: Just noticed it now does a 20%slow, I don't remember it doing this back when I played but that's pretty neat. See this is actually something that makes the skill more useful. The same kinda thing could be used on interject.
    Thanks for indirectly pointing that out to me.

    People pointing out skills that need to be on your bar isn't a personal attack. You've learned that you've looked at skills wrong and there isn't shame in admitting that, Arm's Length included evidently. all Tank role skills have a purpose, some more frequent than others.
