Hey, tried soloing on extreme and got to the meteor phase where the meteor fails to leave behind the coloured puddle, has anyone else tried it and got a solution to this? Found nothing on the matter yet.

Unless it's somehow dropping multiple meteors at once, there shouldn't be any issue with that phase
At first I thought about that too, but if I get multiple meteors on my head they would still be the same colour. I'm absolutely clueless why it does not work in solo. We did it with a team of 8 unsynced it worked perfectly fine.
i believe Tsukuyomi always drops 3 meteors, and if you're solo it drops all 3 at the same spot, meaning they'll be close enough to set off their explosion which does not leave a puddle.
well, 2 might explode, didnt watch out for that, but the third on definitely explodes when it should, at least that one should leave a puddle behind
Well if all 3 are dropping on the exact same spot, all 3 would explode because it's a proximity thing. They need to be spread apart to not blow up.
At least if that's what's indeed happening here.
If you are solo, you will always drop 3 meteors on your head and let them all explode making you unable to progress. If you are a duo, you will have one player make their meteor explode instantly due to 2 meteors being on eachother.
Therefore, Tsukoyomi extrme needs at least 2 people to get through meteor phase.
If you have enough dps, you can skip that phase.
Me and my partner try to duo every duty, its was possible during Shadowbringers with some Echo stacking.
Nowadays you already start with +60% bonus and can stack Echo to 25%. Will put you to 85% bonus stats. You could try to use a grade 6 Tincture when you got the stacking done. You need at least 3 minutes into the fight to get one Echo-stack. Each Stack gives 5%, meaning you need 15mins at least to prepare within the duty.
I am not sure though if it is soloable and i am not sure how much damage you need. You also need to pump out enough healing for the debuff after tankbuster. It hit me for like 80% of my health during end of Shadowbringer as Ilv520 tank.
Good luck!
