and with your post without any troubleshooting information means what? you just want to vent and complain? take that to GENERAL instead. I AM NOT saying you do not have an issue, but they are aware of the issue and are investigating things. if you have yet to help the trouble shooting please include your system info, and do it in one of the big threads to keep that thread up there (one with lots of system info). if you feel unsubbing for any length of time please feel free as you have that right and everything. Since you asked for this to be addressed properly, what does that mean? they tell you every day that they are working on it? trust me they want to find it and kick it to the curb as much as you do. Please help them help you, I am not mad at you but a post that rants in the tech support without anything to troubleshoot with, does nothing but give them more messages to have to go through. When something isn't majority user wide they have to really look for correlations (why they ask for your system info. Though things i've seen have started to get them to look at things closer to home, but the info can't hurt them to have it. I hope it is fixed for you so you can relax and enjoy the game.
