Steps:
1. Turned in completed Wondrous Tails Journal to Khloe with 1 Line completed.
2. Was only able to select rewards from 1 Line Tier. Unable to select rewards from default tier, NOR was EXP rewarded to my Class (Dragoon) despite being level 81.
3. Turned in book and was only rewarded Line 1 reward. NO DEFAULT TIER REWARDS/EXP GIVEN.
