How long will be Home World Transfer unavailable?

I think by now the queues are starting to normalize again. There's a friend in which have agreed to move to their realm (because we're from diff Datacenters) but since Endwalker i think, is unavailable. is there any new notice about that? Will ever be one?

They are not starting to normalize again, that's a meme. You're on hyperion. Queues are goddamn over 1.5k now, they were 1k last week, several other servers in primal have 2k+ queues as well, leviathan was 3.5k last night.

While it's true that most of us experience less people in queue, the numbers are far from normal. Case in point, there are still thousands in queue and you probably still can't enter any personal/FC house during primetime hours. It's likely going to be disabled until they can do their server expansion they've been talking about for a while. Sadly, that's probably not going to happen for a long time (the hope is probably sometime 2022). So it's either players stop trying to play or just gotta wait until the unknown time that they can get access to the new hardware.

Que is nowhere close to normal. During primetime you can't even get into your own house due to congestion. They will not be normal until they can get new servers up and running and that will be awhile until then the transfer service will not be available.

It's not a meme and they do start to normalize, just slowly. On one of the bigger EU servers, Shiva, you had a 3k queue when Savage dropped. The rest of the week it's at around 2-3k. Compare this to the 6-8k queues the first three weeks after the expansion dropped and tell me again, that the numbers don't get lower and lower.

It would be nice to get a status update. I've prep for transferring for the initial Dec 4th date when originally announced. I understand the postponement because of the server congestion, but their original post said "A week or later" and it's been over a month. At this point I'm hoping it's not tied to their Server/DC expansion announcement come the end of January, but it would be nice to hear something.

At this point I'm hoping it's not tied to their Server/DC expansion announcement come the end of January, but it would be nice to hear something.
