Crash and freezes

Hello,

I have been having an issue for some time now. The game launches correctly and after a bit it crashes or freezes and I'm forced to do a hard reboot.

This is the error:

I have tried the following:

Any idea how to fix this? Is driving me nuts and it's happening more often now.
Not point in logging in if I know I'm going to get kicked out eventually, especially with these queues. :/

When the crash happens is anything over heating? Additionally does this issue occur when the game is the only program being run?

Morning!
Nothing is over heating, I have been checking temperatures.
This error has occurred with only the game running and with different apps open like Chrome or Discord. I also have disabled Xbox , Nvidia and discord overlays.

Good morning and thank you for the reply.

If you have not done so already, could you do a cleanboot? This is done by disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.

Hey,

those problems come usually from overheated hardware, overclocking, problems with energy/PSU or simply a piece of hardware has a defect. It is hard to tell.

It can also be that the game is confused because you use an USB headset. Maybe this can help:
