    No response to earlier ticket

    Hello. I made a purchase on the Mogstation and the purchase glitched and double purchased the same two items and sent them both to the same character. One being a MSQ skip and the other a level skip. I put in a ticket on 12/14/21 and was told to delete the extra items on the one character so they can check the logs and send the extra to a different character of mine (I chose this instead of a refund). Now that being said the last thing I heard from SE support was on 12/15/21 saying that it would be sent to the GM's for the investigation. Now with absolutely nothing in terms of items or contact. I sent in another ticket (as a reply to the original thread produced no reply) to get an update on 12/20/21. This one asked me to send an in-game ticket to the GM's via the support tickets (I did so and got the automated response of "we're sorry for the delay"). I have continued to try and get any information about the speed at which the investigation is going to no avail (no replies to emails and only the same automated response via in-game ticket). I still don't have the items on the new character that I asked for them to be sent to.

    Date of double purchase: 12/14/21
    Current date: 01/13/22

    Days elapsed with nothing to show for it still: 29

    I took a video recording of me deleting the items as well as a screenshot of the chat log showing the deleted items. I gave these to support to help expedite their investigation but is feeling like I just wasted effort at this point. I'm hoping that maybe someone sees this here and has the power to do something about it.
