I guess I'm half in both camps. I was more than agreeable at the start: No hats or hair? Well, they said it was for unique customizations that no other race has access to. Viera specific hair releases and lots of options!

We didn't get that. The fact they are unlocking hair instead of giving us new ones, and male viera were made with hair in mind, proves this was a dead-on-arrival idea. (...)

Yeah, no hats, but no hairs either, so Viera just get left with... not much. They are only getting a limited selection of ported hairstyles as well, if I recall correctly. Many that they do port don't even look good in the first place, that said, I do appreciate them doing that don't get me wrong. I'd love some nice new viera racial hairs, but I get a feeling they aren't going to do them. Like that more recent interview where they stated they supposedly told us previously that viera weren't going to get any new hairs at all.

Summer is here…I have no cute sunhat to protect my head SE.
It’s been years, and we didn’t get ANYTHING exclusive to our race either anymore except some exclusive hairstyles at the beginning and oh, other races have exclusive hairstyles too…so…….what’s your excuse?
